As we are seriously thinking of entering into commercial diamond synthesis we"11 be grateful if you inform us about the following:
A.	Are your early belt apparatus patents still valid?
B.	Can you recommend a supplier for large belt apparatuses of internal diameter of approximately 40 mm.
C.	We know that in the last years you developed new multi-anvils high pressure apparatuses of large high pressure volume.
Is one of these commercially available?
D.	Can we have by air mail reprints of your own publications which you think might be of interest for us.
E.	We understand that the High Pressure Data Center is publishing abstracts, catalogues and bibliography. Please send by air mail the list of annual or collective publications.

I will answer the questions of your December 3rd letter as you listed them.
A.	My early Beit patents (owned by the General Electric Co. ) expire in June of 1977 in the U.S.A. In some other countries they may expire some two years earlier.
B.	Our firm manufactures large high pressure devices of all kinds. Lead time on commercial size equipment is now 2-3 years.
C.	We currently have on hand one J00 ton cubic press of pilot plant size that is available at $68,400.00 delivered in Provo, Utah.
D.	& E. I have asked Dr. Leo Merrill, associate director of th the High Pressure Data Center, Rm. 574 JRCL, Brigham Young University to send these items to you.
